The whole process was quite smooth and very easy with her assistance. On inspection day, David Maudlin arrived early to the house and was working on his inspection when we arrived. He was very friendly and answered all of our questions. We received his detailed and thorough report within an hour of his inspection. I requested their help on a home inspection after hearing good things from my realtor and the internet, and I'm happy to say they didn't disappoint. Derek did a great job not only reviewing different parts of the house thoroughly, but explaining the parts as he went along. He answered questions, and give a detailed report with photos and organized into sections depending on how serious the issue was. I highly recommend.

Followed Derek around asking questions and he was very thorough with the inspection. He didn't mind all my questions and felt he was honest about what he found. I truly appreciated it. I was in real estate in Illinois and it's not always easy to find a great inspection specialist.
