At Growhouse Gym we offer an uplifting private studio with strength training and Pilates focus. Big gyms can be overwhelming and we get that! You can expect to be in great hands, with the same trainer every visit, looking after you as your accountability buddy. We like to see you TWICE a week and give you homework for the other days of the week. Sometimes homework is to REST! The Lifting Club is a commitment to yourself to complete 10 Lifts, 10 Mobility, and 10 Core movements each week. Check it out and get serious about building your future!
