“Want to give a shout out to Indy Muscle & Joint!! My son pulled his hamstring at state championship meet for track last year seeded to win. We had tried several rehab places, Doctors and did tons of research. Ultimately the staff at Indy Miscle & Joint have worked together in the health of his hamstring. Needling was huge in releasing the tension of his extreme workouts. He just ran his last High School Track meet winning two state titles, one in the 110 hurdles and one in the 300 hurdles. “Health Solutions of Carmel has been a wonderful clinic to go to as a patient in seemingly a sea of medical mediocrity that is found across the US.Sticking to proven results, which is what people look for, here is my abridged experience. Upon having x-rays, we found that the spinal curvature through my neck was nearing only 8 degrees, where a healthy measurement is around 40 degrees.Over the next 3 months, I got regular adjustments and with daily repetition, did all of the physical therapy exercises that they instructed me to do. This is key. You can't just pay money and expect magic results without putting in effort. Too many people live under this illusion nowadays and forget that to accomplish something, you have to work for it.Three months in, I got an updated x-ray and we found that my neck curvature had increased to 26 degrees. This was excellent! I was on the road to preventing what could have become permanent chronic neck issues in the future. I will continue to stick to the exercises provided and hope to future proof my spinal wellbeing.Aside from that, I can't compliment the staff enough. Their front desk feels like walking into a family members front door. They are always so kind and inviting. Even on my worst days of having a headache, just briefly interacting with everyone who is part of the clinic helped to brighten my day a bit. This is something I never experienced at other places where the front dest staff acted as if they could care less about you being there. “Dr. Urvi has the magic touch and knows her stuff. I have been to other chiropractors before, and she helped me get back to feeling great quicker than any of the others. On top of that, my lower back was in the worst shape it had ever been in. After my first visit, I was able to stand straight again, and after a few more, I was feeling little to no pain or restrictions.
