We brought the measurements of our room and had a complete design by the time we left. we were even knocking down walls and changing the footprint of our kitchen, which was no problem. Caitlyn at Cloud 9 came out and personally measured before we placed our order, just to be sure everything would fit correctly. a few cabinets were damaged in shipping and there was no problem at all with getting replacements. The quality and extra details of the cabinets have made us very happy. They are definitely superior to many other options, yet still affordable. They helped us with every step of this process and their fabricators installed our quartz counter tops as well.
