So back in December, one of my loved ones went into hospice care for an infected bedsore. As to this day she is thankfully still with us, but she's in a lot of pain and laying in bed doing nothing, something I think is a bad way to await death. Now, I know a lot of people who treated her over at this facility did the best they could, and trust me I am more than thankful for the people who tried to treat her well. However, a few of the people who treated her didn't do as good of a job as other employees did, and I would like to take a moment to bring that to people's attention. I have been an employee of Bridgewater since August of ‘22. I love it here. The staff, management team, and residents are second to none. It is such a blessing to not only work with caring and competent staff; but to see how much each of them care for the residents we serve. Everyone from the executive director to the front line staff takes pride in the relationships being cultivated with families and residents here at Bridgewater. When you send your loved one to this facility (long term or rehab), you’re sending them to a place where they will receive the individualized care and attention they deserve. To many chiefs Unorganized stressful chaotic environment Take advantage a their positions Don doesn’t seem in take charge a her position w/ it comes buddies , Admin doesn’t help I felt taken advantage Numerous schedulers on diff pages diff rules for diff ppl if not apart a the gossiping &click Its a prob. Nothings addressed same old issues doing your job& co workers. charge person disrespectful ,unprofessional , reward bad behavior no discipline as if your beneath them.One aide T.c.over 20 or more half are totals No room for growth w/keep you stagnated w/excuses.
