After a severe hailstorm swept through the eastside of Madison and damaged my roof, I hired Benchmark Exteriors to do the repairs. I’m very happy with the work they did, and I now have the nicest looking roof on the block (Owens Corning’s Black Sable), along with some snazzy new gutters. Project manager Alex D. was friendly, easy to work with, and helpful in dealing with my insurance company. The work crew were very professional and took care to do the job right. The project took a little longer than anticipated due to weather, but you can’t blame the weather on the contactor. Excellent experience from start to finish! Our rep, Austin helped the process go smooth and was always available to answer any questions or concerns. After the roof was done, the crews went around multiple times to get any trash and used magnets to pic up any nails.
