My dog looked great after his groom! They cut his hair exactly how I asked. My only complaint would be how long it took. My dog was there for 4 hours which seems a bit excessive when the actually bathing + haircut process would take around an hour.

If there was a way to give three and a half stars I would. I thought a long time about my rating and I am going with an OK plus (or 3.5 stars). My rating is based on my multiple interactions and visits to the salon. I don't even know how to write a review because this is my first. Short to the point. I had a collie rough coat. So very long hard and hard to keep up on. He had terrible matting behind his ears due to having a cone on for a surgery. After the groom and bath, his mattes were not there any and no hair was missing from spots they were in. As well did a very good job with the underlying paw! Animal arts does not know because I don't speak of my dog for what he is!! He is actually from a championship blood line(his dad). Because I have not done my due diligence to get him registered :(((Walking out of animal arts sure did remind me of of his father!!!:)
