Dr. Mann is always thorough. I arrived within the time requested and had done my paperwork on line. Arrived, presented by insurance card and immediately my name was called. Prompt service.
We had a great experience for my 5 year old's first eye appointment. Katherine was fantastic! She showed my child the equipment, explained how it would be used, and put her completely at ease. I am so grateful for such a positive experience for both my child and myself.
It was the good experience they just forgot to give me a prescription for my Eye glasses. Just in case I didn't find any there that I liked. So I need to come back to get the prescription. Other than that, it was fine.
