Had to get a new HVAC after piecing together a 13 year old all electric system over the past 2 years. Upgraded to a gas/electric HVAC and couldn't be more pleased. Weather has gotten cold fast and this system works so much better than our last system. Our house is so cozy and comfortable - we have a better warranty and the gas option is more energy efficient.
Jacob saved the day! After a failed DIY attempt he came out on a holiday to fix it. He’s the perfect problem solver and I can’t express how much I appreciate him and the amazing service he provided! He was quick to show up, communicated everything along the way and got the job done quickly. Thank you so much Jacob!!
