Jacob saved the day! After a failed DIY attempt he came out on a holiday to fix it. He’s the perfect problem solver and I can’t express how much I appreciate him and the amazing service he provided! First time homeowner and had a concern I wasn't sure about. Summers sent someone out in less than an hour on a holiday weekend! Jacob looked into the problem and even took the time to educate me on some things new homeowners need to know. He went above and beyond! I will definitely use Summers for any future plumbing/HVAC needs.
The lady employee was very polite and told me step by step on what she was going to do and showed me pictures of problem and an extra spray leak which we were not aware of. She was very quick and easy to relate with. She took the coupon but subtracted the $5.00 off with the can donation I asked her to take (showed on coupon). I was very pleased. Thanks
