I bought my hot tub from Royal Spa and have struggled with water quality since. Royal Spa provided no practical help and neither could my local pool shop (as an aside Royal Spa has been terrible to deal with. Strongly recommend against them). Pools of Fun had the equipment to comprehensively test my water and gave me a specific 5 step program to fix the problem. It worked exactly as promised. Truly professional capably and competent in water care.

The customer service is really top notch! I have been having many pool problems and they have all worked with me to get the problems fixed! They really go above and beyond 5 stars! Thank you guys!

Love Pools of Fun Brownsburg, Jon and his team are always friendly and ready to help. The store is always clean and organized and offers pool and spa supplies as well outdoor grills ( including Big Green Egg and Traeger smokers.)
