The PT staff is pleasant, but the desk staff is curt and refuses to assist with any questions regarding billing or services provided. We have been billed $342 per each 30 minutes PT sessions for our son, and are told it is $171 for 15 minutes of "hands-on" therapy, and $171 for 15 minutes to utilize the equipment for non-assisted therapy. It looks that Ortho Indy has figured out a was to double bill on technicality rather than actual services rendered. They are not at all transparent with their billing practices and refuse to offer any further detail as to the 2 separate 15 minute billings for each day. I highly recommend going to places for PT. Originally saw a NP Jake who was very helpful etc. He advised PT. Long story short, I found out today that I have to choose the place then they will try to get it covered by Insurance. Once ifound this out by calling OrthoIndy she transferred me to his office to see if I should reschedule. After being transferred to Donna who didn't even listen to me she transferred me vack to the original person who then transferred me back to Donna's area. OMG, the next person kept interrupting and wouldn't let me finish. VERY, VERY FRUSTRATED especially after being on jokd ecery time I was transferred i did say a cuss word and asked her to stop interrupting and LISTEN to me. I understand...read full review

This is a ridiculous place ever seen in my life. The staff is not well trained. They are just passing time and making a lot of money. I was late by 5 mins & therapist gave me just 10 mins out of 30 mins. In fact I should be given 25 mins. Staff is rude & not co-operative at all. Not a worth place for treatment
