I've tried your average gyms and have never succeeded or enjoyed it. I went to Nunns and have never felt so welcomed or felt like I could achieve my goals! At Nunns they're with you the whole way and encouraging you throughout your workout! I'm excited for my next workout (which is a first for me to say)!

I have been working out at Nunn's Performance Training for 6 years and feel the strongest I have ever felt. I did cardio workouts for years, and after only changing the type of workout I was doing by working with Nunn's I had so many comments that I looked so much fitter. I also had knee surgery last year and completed physical therapy in half the recommended time because of the strength I had before my surgery. I have my own program written for my strengths and weaknesses and progresses at a pace that is appropriate for me. I love the atmosphere here and the confidence they help their clients build.
