Staff are very knowledgeable, kind, patient is providing high quality service at a low price. I love this place above and beyond the many low cost spay neuter places in Indy area. It's worth the drive. They are so gentle and kind with dogs and cats and their humans. Truly a gem!
Somehow, our cats came down with feline parvo. It was devastating. We lost one of our cats and 6 newborn kittens. The ongoing support and care we received over the next few weeks was vital to the survival of the rest of our cats. They trained me on how to properly disinfect and administer daily IV fluids at home to keep them alive. They have made it out and are happy and healthy now. We would have lost them had it not been for the doctor taking such investment in our case. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
They took good care of my spicy feral rescue kitty, Alice. She got all her first shots, a micro chip, and she was spayed. She came home purring and meowing all the way home to tell me about her latest adventure. They have a well established system of intake and then discharge. I was pleased with their prices. I plan to come back on an immunization clinic day for my older dog and kitty.
