There was a wait but the receptionist took my number to call when ready. Once I was in the nurse and doctor were so friendly. Refreshing to be treated so well by a doctor's office. Way above and beyond for an urgent care.
I had the best experience and care at IU Health Urgent Care in Brownsburg. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Felicia. She was very thorough. I didn't feel like she was rushing through. I felt knowledgeable and prepared for my after care. She patiently answered all my questions. The entire staff was excellent. I would drive out of my way to return, should that be needed.
Doctor and staff were very kind and listened to my questions and concerns. The wait was very short and I was able to get in and out of the doctor’s office within an hour. Treatment helped me and I was provided with further options if I still had any pain. Amazing staff!
