These guys are the best. I had one company telling me I needed a new furnace. These guys came out, replaced the igniter and furnace is working great. Thank you so much. You guys are awesome.
Brian and his team are the best HVAC team I have EVER had the pleasure of working with! I can't speak their praise enough! They have helped myself out in some times where I had to get my AirBNB property heating / cooling issues fixed fast. Don't look anywhere else, call them immediately to help with all your heating and cooling needs!
I called Advance Tech after one of our rental units A/C needed repairs yet again. I first called another company out who charged me $89 for the service call and quoted me $611 to repair/clean the units but suggested that I replace both the furnace and A/C units for around $6400. I decided to get a second opinion and called Advance Tech - they went out the same morning and diagnosed the problem. A broken thermostat! They got the part and repaired it the same day all for around $150! I live in AZ so they were even willing to invoice me for the payment. I am very pleased with their service and will use them again for my rentals back in IN. Thanks Brian and Noah for the fast and professional repair!
