They did our mothers service. Bill did a fantastic job from the first contact until the service was over. They prepared her beautifully, gave us what we wanted in a service. Had 2 sheriff patrols present to handle traffic on 41. The new owners are excellent.
The team at Gerts, Windler & Keller is such a pleasure! Each person truly serves from the heart with great compassion when it comes to serving each family. I have personally seen each of them as they hold the hands of those in their darkest hour, cry with them, and walk them through planning a loved ones funeral service - true empathy and compassion! As I compare them to others, they are also proven to be the most compassionately priced within our communities while delivering a quality service with great attention to timeliness and detail. They are a true blessing to those they serve!
I am proud of my team and the new renovations. Being locally owned with our own crematory gives us the accountability to the community and the ability to compete with large corporations. New ownership is fixing up the atmosphere and image.
