I’m a solo painter with my own business. A couple weeks ago I spilled BLACK paint on a customers white/beige carpet (nightmare). I immediately scooped up as much as I could and got it wet and dabbed it with old t shirts, but I quickly realized I needed professional help. It was 4:30 on a Thursday so I was pessimistic that I would be able to get anyone out to the job site to help me. I called spectrum and the woman who answered the phone talked me through what I could do to help, and they were there at 8 the next morning and got the stain out in 10 minutes. Quick and professional. I can’t even begin to tell you what a difference it made when it comes to my carpet. The color was return back the day it was installed and stains gone. Will definitely use them again.
