I’m a solo painter with my own business. A couple weeks ago I spilled BLACK paint on a customers white/beige carpet (nightmare). I immediately scooped up as much as I could and got it wet and dabbed it with old t shirts, but I quickly realized I needed professional help. It was 4:30 on a Thursday so I was pessimistic that I would be able to get anyone out to the job site to help me. I called spectrum and the woman who answered the phone talked me through what I could do to help, and they were there at 8 the next morning and got the stain out in 10 minutes. They charged me a very reasonable fee, I would have happily paid double for the incredible service and saving my butt. Awesome company I will definitely call again in the future. Thank you Spectrum!

Super quick, easy, and CHEAP! Super impressed with how easy it was to schedule and get done. Will definitely be scheduling again when needed!
