Recently my engine light came on while driving. I called Onstar who ran a diagnostic on my vehicle and gave me a code. Onstar explained what it could be from this code and recommended service at the dealer York. When I contacted Yorks service Dept I was told they would have to run a diagnostic test on my vehicle for a $140.00 even though I had the code from onstar! Ridiculous if they don't know this code then look it up! I pay for onstar just for this purpose. I've been a loyal customer for several years now.
