“Sorry we're a little late with this review. Mr. Young was a huge help to me and my husband. We're grateful. Our old unit, after nine years, began pouring out condensation by the buckets into our floor and flowed into our vents. Not sure if I should mention the company name that sold us the bad unit, but my husband could sure spend an Hour telling them they are number One. Their service contract was useless. Anyway, Mr. Young came out, assessed the situation and within a few days had a Lennox unit installed. We're very pleased with him and the unit. Thank you!“
