My first visit with Dr Hayman was 6 years into an existing back problem, at 18 years old. I had woken up and tried to get out of bed, and I collapsed. I was terrified, and a friend had given me his name, so I called the practice, and asked for an emergency appointment. Not only did they get me in same day, they helped me to get back on my feet, and treated me with empathy. I started going to Dr. Hayman at the recommendation of my daughter. She and I both have pretty bad backs. Lots of arthritis, degenerative disc, and more. Mitch has been the only person willing or able to help either myself or my daughter. Because of him, I’ve been able to avoid surgery much longer than my father (whose back is very similar to mine and my daughter’s). He cares very much about his patients. Perhaps the person who left the bad review doesn’t know the full situation. And asking us (His patients) to do the bare minimum (exercises) to help him help us doesn’t actually seem like a big ask to me. I have been seeing Dr hayman for 21 years and he has helped me control my pain from my migraines and I go bi weekly for an adjustment. I love it here. I have been other places due to insurance but I cam back. They even have a low payment for outbof pocket patients.
