About The Cook Family Health Center

The Cook Family Health Center offers great hours and excellent accessibility, with most staff providing high-quality service. Patients appreciate the low fees and the above-average pharmacy service. Many users highlight the caring nature of the staff, particularly one primary care doctor who listens attentively. However, there are areas for improvement, such as the absence of annual wellness targets and the need for more patient-doctor partnerships. There are concerns about one doctor spreading anti-vaccine misinformation, which raises issues about the clinic's medical staff. Overall, the center is rated highly but is encouraged to enhance its focus on wellness, nutrition, and preventative medicine for better patient outcomes.

Careful taking in outside doctors orders for lab work. The technician there doesn’t want to put herself out when all the tests don’t show up at the doctor’s office. She basically tells you to call the lab yourself and wouldn’t even give me the phone number to call! I had to redo the lab work due to her laziness! I’m doing my labs elsewhere from now on. Not professional at all!

The Cook family health center has great hours, availability, and most of the staff are high quality. Accessibility is excellent, and fees are super low. The Monroe County employee health clinic has some programs worth examining.- One of the doctors at Cook Clinic is openly anti-vaccine and spreads misinformation, and really should not be in the roll of a rotating MD at the clinic.Overall, I would rate...read full review
