We contacted Mann Plumbing and asked for Donnie to come to the house to replace a shutoff valve. He had been to our house over a year ago. There was a time available the next day. The scheduler was friendly and efficient. After making the appt., my wife and I decided also to change out a toilet and replace a tub/shower valve, head and tub spout. We called back to ask about the added work and were assured it could be completed possibly on the day of the appt. or the next morning. I still had Donnie's cell number and I texted him with questions and recommendations about fixtures. He responded in minutes. Mann Plumbing has been my “go to” service for years including new construction, tankless water heaters, repairs and gas stove installation. Every service professional is very competent, courteous and respectful of floors and walls while working. Thanks guys!

My serviceman (Donnie) was prompt and very helpful! He called me ahead of time of his arrival and was here right on time. When he was completed, he asked us there was anything else I needed, while he was there.
