If you have Asian hair and are looking for amazing coloring/hair services, book an appointment with Tomoko! I always go to her when my hair needs a complete makeover. She always cuts my hair in a way that leaves it voluminous and shiny! She understands coloring really well. My hair appointments are always finished off with a beautiful blowout that lasts for days! My appointments with her tend to be a few hours but that's because black Asian hair is slow to lift. The average price for my bleach, tone, and cut has been about $190-$210.
