The Customer Service at the B-town Will Call Service Desk is Just Great! Rex helped me find my intire replacement Parts Order fairly quick and at a discounted reasonable price as well! :)
I placed a large order from here, they got it on time, helped me load it, the price was good, but there was some damaged cable that someone should have noticed. The company owned up and made it right. Fortunately they didn't have to get me all new wire. There was just enough to get the job done still. Helpful, friendly staff. I will be returning as needed. I am a homeowner, and not a commercial operation.
