Quentin, Benjamin, Joe, Rob, and Brad have been amazingly helpful and reassuring throughout the entire process. They came out the same day they were contacted after trees fell on my house due to a storm. They immediately mitigated the water damage, put a tarp over my roof, and made sure the house was safe and secure until the restoration process could begin. They worked well past normal working hours and did a thorough job. They have answered all of my questions and have answered my calls and texts every time I have reached out. I called Hays + Sons for emergency assistance when I had a tree go through my garage. The team of Rob, Joe, & Ben arrived and very quickly were able to remove the damaged section of roof and get it covered to prevent any additional damage. The group were very professional and communicated with me throughout the process. Very impressed with the work and professionalism!
Hays + Sons has been wonderful to work with from the initial consultation to the demo and mold remediation work that they performed on the basement of the house we purchased. They were able to fit us in their schedule and Benjamin and Quentin did a great job knocking out the demo and were extremely friendly.
