Woke up one morning to a lot of wind damage. Called around to a few places and Jonathan at EBR was the only person who called me back.
He came out that morning and got things patched up.
After that he walked me through dealing with the insurance company. Jonathan made many trips out to my home to document the damage. He made time to meet with the adjuster. He followed up with the insurance company each time they tried delay or low ball me.
In the end it's because of Jonathan that my claim got paid in full.
Outstanding Experience. Jeff and his team were always available, quick to respond, and very helpful navigating through the process. The work was completed in a timely manner, the job site supervisor was very informative and helpful, and the roofers appeared to be knowledgeable and cleaned up very well after themselves. We've been working with Jonathan at Equity Builders Roofing since June when our roof was damaged in a severe storm. He's been fighting with our homeowners insurance to get them to cover repairs. He's such a wonderful guy. This company truly cares about the PEOPLE they work with, not just about making money.
