“I have been going to Dr. Arnold's office, on and off, for my dental needs, for most of my adult life. I have always had a relatively good experience with their services. The best to be expected as far as facing the dreaded dental chair. My last visit there was last week and the visit seemed more notable to me than in times past. Maybe because I am getting older and decided to pay attention or maybe because they just did a fantastic job. Either way, I thought to give my review of the business here on Google maps. Excellent job helping me with a manageable plan as an uninsured customer. Excellent job being courteous to a known smoker with a history of addiction. Not that they promoted either but rather showed a professional approach and consideration for the fact. An extra stitch to the extraction site to prevent a dry socket was much appreciated. I highly recommend this dental office for any adult or child in need of dentistry work. Young, old, underinsured, overinsured, or anywhere in between, they can meet your needs.“

“I used the services once in the past about 20 years ago. Alot has changed, the advertising claims one day dentures for most, this is a false claim, atleast for the bloomington indiana site. I was told they will call when ready, I asked if they had any idea of how long and was told again I would receive a call, I replied, are we talking 2 days, a week, a month? I was then told if I haven't got a call in 2 weeks I should give them a call. They used to be first come first serve, now you need an appointment, which they were nice enough to get me right in . The front desk isn't very knowledgeable about cost it seems. As I asked what a set of dentures would cost, I was told the economy dentures would be 1100 dollars, and I didn't pay attention to the more expensive styles as 1100 was as affordable as I could handle.. after the impressions had been done, which was done quickly and professionally, by a very nice technician, it was back to the reception desk for payment, it was then I found out my dentures would only be 650 dollars which was a wonderfull surprise. I paid and left . It was at that time I thought well I would have went with better than economy dentures had I known the correct price from the start. So I called and explained that I had just left there and because of the misquote I wanted to know the price of higher quality dentures. The receptionist told me I would have to speak with one of the technicians and could I hold, after about 4 to 6 minutes the receptionist came back to the phone and told me that the economy plus dentures would be around 1200 dollars, which I didn't choose to go with as I felt one step up for double the money wasn't real affordable in my opinion. As for the quality, and timeliness, stay tuned as that remains to be seen, I will update my survey if given the chance. They get 4 stars only because of the lack of knowledge on pricing there own products. Let's see if they earn the 5th star or get stars removed. Update coming soon, hopefully . I'm so happy to be able to edit this post. I now remove all stars UPDATE. IT IS NOW MID JULY, and Affordable Dentures has sent me a bill for an additional $698.. I paid my bill in full the day they made impressions, infact they will not even have your dentures made until paid in full. So I'm not sure what kinds scam they are trying to pull, but they will not get a penny more. Beware you have been warned“
