I took my cat here for years and was overall very satisfied with the level of care we received. The one exception was they indicated she needed her teeth cleaned far more frequently than other vets I saw before and since. While I realize this is subjective to some degree, it is frustrating in retrospect given the cost and risk involved in putting a cat under anesthesia. At one of my last appointments before moving they suggested I get her teeth cleaned, despite having done it recently, which they did not seem to realize until I noted it, then retracting the suggestion. Outside of this, I was pleased with my experience at this vet!
A couple of scheduling delays, but outside of that, great service. My dog is very anxious and high strung, so getting him his vaccines and getting issues diagnosed can be a headache. The staff at College Mall Vet works with great patience and care to make sure he gets everything he needs during appointments. Highly recommend the level of care and attention to detail offered here!
College Mall Vet is an excellent facility with top notch, compassionate, dedicated, and knowledgeable medical and professional staff. It is by far the best vet office we’ve taken our dog too, and we feel very lucky to be patients of this excellent team.
