Life can be overwhelming. It’s full of ups and downs that take a lot of our energy. The last thing that anyone would want to do is throw a major restoration issue into the mix. I imagine most people would agree and would find that the addition of such a strain can be quite overwhelming.

If the only reason you used ServiceMaster for your overwhelming restoration or cleaning moment was because you wanted to have confidence that the work that you requested to be completed was done right and to the highest standard, then you chose the right company to partner with. The great thing about ServiceMaster is that you get an added layer of service and care that is so rarely found.

We have utilized ServiceMaster twice.

The first time we called upon ServiceMaster (a couple years ago), we connected with them through a customer who happened to be a mutual friend and who also had a wonderful experience with ServiceMaster. We arrived home after a holiday with family to find a drain had backed up causing extensive damage to our basement. While I recall much of that first experience, my mind gravitates to the positives. ServiceMaster’s team members each played an important role in turning what was initially a very stressful situation into a very manageable experience.

Our second call to ServiceMaster (within the last month) was due to a new incident with the same drain issue mentioned above. Round two was user error. The good news was that we were home, and we were able to course correct as best we could. However, I am a firm believer in relying on professionals to address major issues. ServiceMaster had the perfect combination of expertise and the team members that I wanted for addressing this issue. I am an optimist, and I will continue to find the positives. We now understand how to prevent this issue from recurring, and we know that ServiceMaster is consistent in the way they care for their community.

It’s not often that you find a company that can accomplish what this Bloomington ServiceMaster team can do. From the moment you place the call to connect with them regarding your need, to the final farewell when they leave your space after completing the work, this team brings their A game. The team members who arrived at our home each time were kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and skilled. This company has found that magic balance where their level of care matches that of their expertise. From start to finish, we found ourselves in good hands, and the results are commendable.

“My dryer quit and had to have a new heater and had to have it replaced but the guy said the vent to my dryer was clogged and needed to be cleaned out before using the dryer again. They had come a year ago and cleaned it for me but it had become clogged from a flaw in the passage way. They were prompt coming to unclog it and did not quit until they got it completely unclogged. They hooked my fixed dryer back up and it all worked great. I told them they were awesome and did not charge me because of the clog after coming. They are honest and professional!!!! Will have them back to keep my vent cleaned out yearly. Highly recommended!!! Thanks for getting me back on my feet with my dryer.“
