Thinking of moving on. I've taken my cats here for so many years. But...in its current iteration this clinic isn't working for us anymore. Long waits to have phone calls answered. Lack of returning phone calls. No wait times to be seen even with an appointment and ugh worst of all, just the general feeling that Dr. Medlock was over it. Its seems a bit chaotic over there and I think I'll be taking my cats elsewhere.

I have been seeing Dr Medlock since he bought the practice years ago. He is professional and very informative. I feel like I am always able to ask questions and ask about options of care for all of my pets . He has always been patient and very caring. He saw us through our 3 dachshunds and their aging process with CHF, enlarged heart, severe anemia and back issues. Much TLC when we had to say good bye to our last good boy Baron last April. We will continue to see this practice with any new oets as well.

We brought a rescued kitten to the veterinary service here. We have been clients ever since. Now my daughter visited with her dog who has been in the family for over 14 years, also rescued when a pup. Now she has lung cancer. Her vet in Chicago said not to bring her in the car as it could cause suffocation. I called the hospital and explained the situation and that we needed to have her put down. We were told to go to an emergency room for pets. The closest seems to be Indianapolis. I found the response heartless and I will never go back there. What do apologies help in a situation like this?
