I have been to this place twice for advise. Gaylord was right both times. One time I was able to fix the issue myself. The other time was the part he diagnosed and he ordered the part by the next day. Fixed it myself. Highly recommended. Thank you sir.

I called and spoke with Will. he asked great questions and was able to mostly assess the problem with my washing machine over the phone. he set up a time to come over with part, was in time, performed the repair quickly, and verified it worked before he left. not sure there could be a better outcome.

I thought I knew what was wrong with my dryer, but the owner helped me walk through a full diagnostic to find the true problem and get things fixed for a fraction of the cost of hiring someone. I can't recommend this business enough for their above and beyond service.
