Nothing but good experiences at Arlington Heights. I trust the vets and their staff. The bad reviews are unfortunate - seems like most people can’t be patient. Call, leave a message, and they’ll get back to you.
Very nice people. Treated us like we mattered and was concerned about our kitty. We have her on a diet, hoping she will lose weight. Thank you! We will definitely be going back, and we will be taking our other kitty.
We have had a wonderful experience with Arlington being our vet! Since we became dog owners a year ago, we have received nothing short of amazing care from the staff at Arlington. Our dog Cruise has had a couple minor health issues and they have done a wonderful job caring for him. They are upfront and provide very detailed information with pricing for services and have always been very kind during our visits. Today we took him in hoping to get him seen, as he had woken up with an eye infection. The receptionist was very kind and quick to assist us. She spoke with the doctor and they agreed to see him immediately. He was also close to being due for his annual vaccinations... read full review
