Waited and waited and waited for phone call to schedule a nurse got an email. And of course they wanted to come on a day where he's at dialysis pretty clear in his he takes dialysis.

This was not a positive experience. Only one of the 5 people who came to my house arrived in a timely manner (30-45 minutes late). Line 2 of your pledge said to be on time or they would call. Thank goodness I have the resources (insurance) to pay for ATI. I feel badly for those who don’t.

My physician said that the nurses and/ or therapists would come in and wash their hands before they took my vitals. Not one of them did.
