1-800 Water Damage was phenomenal throughout our project. There were unforseen issues that came up, which is normal in any large project, but all issues were addressed professionally and efficiently. Adam Brockway went out of his way to assure we had everything we wanted and were pleased with our basement. He stayed in constant contact with us throughout the process and was accessible to reach, even on nights and weekends. The final product, our completely remodeled basement, is phenomenal. Austin was wonderful to work with. He was extremely careful of my house in every way. He was respectful, efficient and prompt to arrive. He always alerted me when he was on his way and gave me plenty of time to meet him at the house. I cannot say enough about him. He was polite. He was great. He explained everything. He was going to do everything that he had done and told me everything I needed to know. He alleviated any fears that I had of the procedure and made me feel that my house would be safe after he left and finished his work. He is a fantastic representative of your company.
