This last time i had Lee Le as my nail tech (chair #7). She is AMAZING. Lee Le accepted me in 30 mins before closing. And she did not act annoyed and did not rush. Even though she had every right to be upset. THEN, she listened to every particular thing i wanted. Im picky about how i want my nails. This is incredibly important to me. She did not give resistance on anything and was supportive. Even when i asked for a color i couldnt find, she went out of her way to find what i wanted and make it happen

When she talked with me, she came off as genuine. She seemed like she was actually interested in what i was telling her. she didnt over talk or under talk. It was very comfortable. She even gave me tips and tricks for when i do my own nails. But i put that file down awhile ago hahaha. I will be coming to her from now on. She was kind enough to let me ask her about her life too.

Lee Le told me that she has been a nail tech for 8 years. And she likes when she gets "picky clients" because it helps her learn and to do better. She was also trained in nail art and she is able to duplicate pictures.

My nails came out perfect for me. I asked for a skinny coffin that was between coffin and ballerina. And i wanted them thin on the sides and polish thin so the nails arent bulky and look natural. They are also still sharp so if i have an itch on my arm i can actually get it. I am beyond impressed with customer service, skill, and outcome of service.“
