Bought our Harmon woodstove for the house we were building about 10 years ago. Recently bought the Jim Bowie pellet smoker. Really nice friendly and knowledgeable employees. Put together and burned out the smoker for us and helped load it too! Highly recommend and will continue to do business with them. They are a bit out of our way but worth it for the quality and service you get here! Really wish you guys had a referral program, we have since sent my Dad and a family friend over, both of whom bought smokers! Great products!

We were looking for a pellet stove insert. I called Wiedeman after finding them on the Harman website. I talked to Stan for twenty minutes. Our home is quite a distance from their shop. They were willing to travel to do the install. Stan offered to meet me at their showroom after hours to show us what options we had due to our distance and work schedules. After several phone calls and emails we decided to go ahead and have Wiedeman’s do the install. We agreed to purchase the stove and schedule the install without a visit to the showroom or meeting them in person. The install was scheduled and they arrived on time and were true professionals.
