I live in Georgia and drove back home to Indianapolis to visit family. Decided to get my truck washed after the long drive. As I was going through this CrewCarwash I felt my truck jostled and 1/3 of they way through the wash, as if it had been hit. I got out immediately after the wash and noticed a scratch on the rear left bumper. Got the manager on duty, he took pictures, reviewed the video, confirmed the scratch was not there prior to entering the wash. I was told I'd receive an email within 5 business days.
