I had an emergency in my house, a water leak that went from the 2nd floor to the basement. Scott was able to access the situation very quickly, took pictures, explained what was needed to be done, before we decided to hire him. Other people I called could not explain what they were going to do, they just wanted to do the work and bill me later.

ProSource restoration was amazing in helping my family with mold remediation! We noticed a strong smell coming from our air vents, called them, and they got someone out to our house the same day and figured out what was going on. Scott and Rick were very knowledgeable and explained the entire process step by step and made me feel extremely comfortable before, during, and after the work.
