I’ve been going to him for several years because you can’t beat the price but I’m extremely disappointed this year. We had an appointment with him in March to do them but apparently he never filed my taxes so it is now July and I still don’t have my refund with multiple ignored voicemails

I'm about to contact the IRS due to the fact that I can not get in contact with James R. Call. He said that our taxes would be completed by him, but I have no proof of them being accomplished. I should of had a Federal return, but got nothing, should also have had a state return but also received nothing. I have Called, Emailed, Texted, Sent a letter through the Post Office and no response.
