I've gone there on and off for four years now. I chose to return because I wanted to get my nails done with a black cateye look, which I've gotten there before. I took my daughter along to get her nails painted and we arrived half an hour before closing. The person reluctantly greeted us and seemed put off that we even came in, and made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. Then when she was cutting my cuticles, several of my fingers were bleeding and when I said something, she said I have dry skin and that she would take care of it later. I stopped in for a pedicure. I walked in, man sitting at the desk said “hello, what do you want?” I said a pedicure. He told me to pick a color. I said gel polish, he showed me the swatches. After picking them, I stood there for approximately 5 mins waiting for him to tell where I should sit. He told me to sit down in black waiting chairs. He continued to do some type of work at the desk. No one else was in the salon. I sat for 5 more minutes. He said come have a seat. I sat down, he used a drill to buff the polish off & acetone in aluminum foil to get the gel polish. After 10 mins a lady comes out. Pathetic. Not sure if this was Racially Motivated!!!! No Soft Skills. Go back to school before you make a living attempting to serve the public. Quoted a price Twice. Out of silver glitter, unbelievable . Up the price when I got in chair because they are already almond shaped!!!!
