Updated and increased stars System works, no issues with the equipment, just not thrilled about the back filling of the trench and having to provide some information that wasn't obtained. Owner reached out to me by phone to inquire about the issues. Was very understanding of my view and did not make excuses. Owner was happy to receive the information/feedback to be able to improve company.

Eric and staff were great to work with. Project was done professionally and on time and has worked flawlessly for 3 years now. Our total electrical bill for heat and electricity and to charge Chevy bolt for 11,000 miles a year has been less than 200 dollars per year. We have air source heat pumps. It has been the best move my wife and I have made in our retirement. Thank you renewable energy.
