I first went in there for someone to fix some pretty botched layers I'd gotten somewhere else, and I loved what she was able to do with just fixing it. And I've gone back to her ever since and have never once been dissatisfied. Not only does she know how to cut and tame the monstrosity of a beast that is my extremely thick & dense hair, but she also understands the "vibe" of how I want my hair so I don't always have to get the same thing. She "gets it" and THAT is priceless. She's also just a pretty cool person all around, so that's a big plus, too. 10/10 would recommend.“
