Excellent service- from the first phone conversation. Complete explanation of initial fee and what that entailed. I was called as a reminder of the appointment the following day, and then again within 45 of arrival time. Alex was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. Even saw another issue not relating to chimney and kindly suggested we get it checked out. He was right! Took his shoes off before walking in the carpet every time. Two thumbs up.

Parts on order for a long time. The guys did a good job installing it. The only problem is we are getting a lot of cold air coming in through it. I will call tomorrow to see if anything can be done about this problem.
