Had the main water line break between our well and the house. Emergency that caused us to have no water. Called them in the early morning hours, and they sent somebody out at 6am to look at the issue, and he didn't even charge me the emergency fee to come at that time of the morning. Repair was scheduled quickly for the following morning. Plumber Dan Lavoie and his partner were extremely nice and professional. Arrived at 9am. Were done at Noon. Explained everything thoroughly and in detail before starting and did great work. Cleaned up nicely and even replaced some of the landscaping they had to dig up. Until my crawlspace is pumped out, but Justin was informative, kind, very helpful and will return to fully diagnose and repair when crawl space pumped and dry.
Justin returned today and I was extremely satisfied. He went above and beyond to locate even a residual problem after main leaking pipe was repaired. He was 5***** in his service. kind courteous efficient, wasn’t trying to rush the job and move on. He made sure all problems resolved in a professional and friendly manner.
Jim was very polite, very knowledgeable and professional. He was very helpful in giving me insightful information concerning my thermostat and filter replacement. He also took the time to give me information when I decide to add the air-conditioner unit to my furnace. I really appreciated the extra step of service. I always choose Summers for my furnace maintenance. Keep up the great work!
