Jenny has been caring for all our various pets through the years (since she began her business over 20yrs ago!) and we would never go anywhere else!Now, one thing I will note for new customers, the owner Jenny, is a little on the quiet side, and not very talkative, but WILL take the time to answer any questions you have and WILL take the best care of your fur-babies!And her rates cannot be beat! She's the BEST in this town, and her lower rates do not mean you're receiving less than quality service. NOT at all, she's just affordable! Give her a try- you will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

I took my 4 month old maltese here for her first grooming. Not only did she do a fantastic job my terrified puppy loved her when I went back to get her. I highly recommend Pet Encounter.

She was the best groomer I've used by far my dog can be picky about people and she even loved her. She didn't take all day with grooming her either only took about an hour. And she did an amazing job especially with deshedding Molly who is an American Eskimo and hates to be brushed. I will never use anyone else
