Munson Waterworks charges very reasonable while Fall Creek Plumbing extremely overcharges the plumbing services. Proof of the billings are attached.
My toilet was clogged. A plumber from Fall Creek Plumbing came. I was quoted over $ 600 to unclog the toilet as a basic service. I declined the quote even after 15% discount as a counteroffer. They also offered gold service with warranty, the quote was $ 1k. I still was charged $ 75 for diagnosis fee.
Next day, Munson Waterworks came and unclogged the toilet only for $ 225 including diagnosis fee with free follow up if the toilet... read full review
I highly recommend Munson’s! Excellent customer service, reasonably priced, quality work, honest, dependable, responsive. I’ve used them twice, and each time, they’ve been nothing short of amazing. I had issues with the foot valve on my well, where they discovered water seepage. When they came back this week with the intention of replacing the water line, it was noted the seepage wasn’t from the pipe but from an incorrect fitting. I appreciate their honesty, and they saved me money. Highest quality company, and people. Phil, you rock!
I can't recommend Water Works high enough! It is unusual to get the level of service that Phil offers. Trustworthy, courteous and professional - hard to find companies like this that care about the client.
