I got a pedicure here today and the guy we clearly upset - the lady beforehand was really unpleasant so I get it. But his attitude from her carried into the appointment with me.However, I wanted a gel manicure - my nails did not get scraped after having the gel removed, they did not remove hangnails, no cleaning underneath or shaping of the nails, didnt remove old skin or actually give me a manicure at all. All the guy did was paint on new gel and call it a day.He tried to put some nail shaping powder on my nails and I told him no, because my natural nails are really good and no one's ever put that on my nails, so I didn't want it.Lots of bumps, gel on my fingers. First time going today. Didn't make an appointment, was just a last minute stop while I was in town. Nail technician was amazing, took her time unlike most places that rush to get the next person in the seat. I walked in and was seated right away. Very nice people. I live 45 minutes away but this will definitely be the place I come back to.
