My friend made an appointment for her and I. Despite arriving at the appointment time, walk-ins were accepted before us. The woman that did my gel nails had them totally done in under 15 minutes. She didn’t really shape my nails, so some are sort of lopsided. The gel was kinda globbed on the ends. She didn’t go all the way to my cuticle, so they already looked grown out a few days right after they were they were done. She also got gel on my skin in several spots. They don’t look horrible, and the lady was polite which is why I’m giving three stars. There was more left to be desired though

I love some of the techs but I had 2 nails fall off only 4 days after getting them done. Yes they replaced them for free but this tech replaced my pinky nail with the wrong size. Don't get me wrong some of the techs are amazing but this one girl I wasn't so Impressed with.

I think the tech did a wonderful job of the foil placement on my gel nails, but I do wish the nails were rounded (filed better) because every single one is almost uneven. The main reason for my 3 stars is that I didn't feel welcomed and almost felt like she was kinda snapping at me. I look online for simple yet elegant designs and picked this place for that purpose. Maybe if I had a different tech I would've had a better experience.
