Went to my first appointment today to find out a mask is required. How unfortunate that a medical office is in the business of denying my right to choose to wear a mask. I was not given the choice. Also, after all the studies coming out that the masks are really bad for people's health, this office has neglected to put the health of their patients first. They said it was privately owned, so does that mean they have the right to take my rights away or ignore the facts regarding the risks of the masks? I would have never made an appointment or wasted my time. They don't need to virtue signal to their patients.
I had a negative experience with Dr Snyder. I found her to be nearly non-responsive to my questions when I would call & text. Plus, she hurriedly moved through both my face-to-face & telehealth appointments. She talked very fast and was often curt, giving me the impression that I was not worth her time, although I was paying her well for it. The final insult came when she dropped me without cause.
I don't often report negatively. However, when you verbally abuse my coworkers and my manager, then it needs to be reported. I work at a pharmacy and when I answered the phone she barked for a manager. I told her I could take a question but she said while gritting her teeth, "NOW!!!" There was an issue with a prescription and she then told my pharmacist colleague on duty "tell your interns and stupid techs that I won't ever be sending a script to you. Don't you ever call us again!!!!" Then hung up! There's a saying "all shine but no substance" she exemplifies it perfectly. She may have graduated from the top of her class and survived several board exams, but that gives her no excuse whatsoever to be downright nasty to my colleagues and friends. She needs to remediate her class on bedside manner. If you are reading this, Dr. Snyder, I'll take back this review if you properly apologize and admit you had struggles that day. Until then, we'll tell all our friends, loved ones, and patients to avoid you! Work on your bedside manner.
